How to order

Select the desired product, color and quantity and add it to your shopping bag. If you wish to continue shopping, then you will find your shopping bag in the top right corner at all times.

Go here to check all the products in your shopping bag, delete items and change quantities.

Afterwards, take the following 3 steps:

  1. Account:

We advise you to create an account if you wish to order an item. When you create an account your details will be saved and this will save you from entering your details again on your next visit to our website. You can enter your personal details when paying for your order, where it is also possible to select a separate invoice and delivery address.

If you are a new customer, you can create an account here. It is not necessary to create an account if you do not desire to do so, orders can also be placed as a guest.

  1. Shipping:

Your order will be delivered using the Airmail or DHL courier service. The delivery costs are shown under ‘Shipping’. Shipping time with Airmail can take up to 20 working days, shipping with DHL usually takes 3 - 5 working days. Shipping by Airmail is free world wide, DHL will cost $7.00 extra.

Once you have entered all the information and selected the correct shipment method, carefully read our General Terms & Conditions and if you agree, click the checkbox and select ‘next’ in the bottom right hand corner of the page to continue to payment.

  1. Payment:

Femmingo accepts the following payment methods:

  • Ideal
  • Creditcard
  • Paypal
  • Bancontact 

Choose your payment method and check that your invoice address is correct. If you would like an invoice address different to the delivery address, you can change this by unchecking the checkbox ‘My invoice and delivery address are the same’ and entering your invoice address.

Then follow the steps given for your preferred payment method using the Mollie secure payment environment or your Paypal / credit card providor.

Immediately after we have received payment, you will receive your order confirmation and order number by e-mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail invoice followed by an e-mail in which you will find your order and delivery details.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code from our carrier, so that you can follow your order and the delivery time.

If you have a discount code you can use it by clicking on ‘apply discount code’ under the payment methods. Enter the code and select ‘apply’. The code will be applied automatically. A discount code does not apply to discounted items or items in the sale. A maximum of one discount code per order may be applied
